About Me

Rev. Jeffrey M. Dire holds degrees from De Paul University (with honors), Northwestern University, the University of Chicago and Fuller Theological Seminary (Summa Cum Laude). Dr. Dire is an Orthodox Catholic Priest and a Licensed Psychotherapist. He was elected a Clinical member of The American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Clinical Member of The American Association of Pastoral Counselors (Now ACPE).

Dr. Dire maintains a busy clinical practice. He works with people of all religious faiths, those who claim to be "spiritual but not religious” and those who have no interest in religion. He works with his patient’s beliefs and values, not his own.

Dr, Dire has lectured and taught Christian Counseling, theology and psychology in churches, universities, and community agencies throughout the United States and Europe. In addition to marriage and family therapy, relational therapy and individual psychotherapy, Dr. Dire works with couples in parenting children.

Jeff is also an author, musician, composer, and recording artist.
